Thank you for your interest in our products! Shopping online with DR's Secret is easy and secure.

Orders and Account Creation

How do I purchase DR's Secret products?

If you are new to DR's Secret and have not taken our skin quiz, get started by following the steps here:

1. Take our SKIN QUIZ to know what your skin really needs.
2. Create an account at the end of the quiz to receive your quiz results, a customised skin care routine and a personal skin buddy.
3. The products in your customised routine will be automatically added to your cart. You can choose to remove or add on additional items.
4. Checkout. Follow the delivery and payment instructions to complete your order.

If you are a returning customer and have taken the skin quiz, simply login to your account, add the products you want to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout instructions.




Can I purchase or register for an account without taking the skin quiz?

It is important to us that you get the right products for your skin condition! Therefore, we have included the skin quiz as part of the account registration and purchasing process.



How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order has been placed, you should receive an SMS confirmation.

In the event that you did not received a SMS confirmation after placing your order, please contact our customer care at onlinestore@sg.bwlgroup.com or (65) 6342 0888.



I am not located in Singapore. Can I purchase?

Our website drs-secret.com is currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of Singapore. Please use our Store Locator to find the nearest DR's Secret store near you.



The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?

Drop us an email at onlinestore@sg.bwlgroup.com and we will inform you when the product is available again.



How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holiday) in the order in which they are received. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day. Do expect 2 – 3 business days for your order to reach you. If you have chosen self-pickup, you will be able to collect your items after you have placed the order (during operating hours only).



How do I check my order status?

You may login to your account to check your order status. Click on order history at the top right of the page (in the account menu) to view the status of your order.

If you would like to track your delivery, you may obtain the tracking number provided to you via SMS after your order has been dispatched.



Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is allowed within the same day of purchase. A cancellation charge of up to 4% of purchase grand total may apply. The refund process may take up to 3 weeks to complete.

Change of order

Change of delivery address is allowed for orders that have yet to be shipped. Please submit your request to onlinestore@sg.bwlgroup.com with your order number within the same day of purchase.

Other changes to orders are not accepted and customers are encouraged to double check on your order before confirmation. However, you may cancel your order and place a new order. Please refer to our cancellation policy and instructions above.



How do I check my order history?

You may login to your account and click on order history to view.



Payment

What are the payment options? Is it safe to enter my payment details?

We accept payment by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). Credit card information entered in the site is safe and secure. All orders placed on DR's Secret website are encrypted.

Note: Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information. For your protection, we advise that you do not send credit card information via e-mail to us.
