Due to the presence of natural oils, which give Conditioning Lip Butter its soft texture, product may not be able to return to tube if dispensed too much at a time.
This is a common occurrence with natural lip balm formulations and is not a packaging defect.
Tips:
Apply and replenish throughout the day for moisturised lips.
Apply a layer before putting on your lipstick/lip gloss/lip tint.
Apply a thick layer before bed to keep lips soothed and hydrated overnight.

Does Conditioning Lip Butter break or melt easily?
Due to the presence of natural oils, Conditioning Lip Butter is more sensitive to temperature and softer in texture.
We suggest to store the product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Dispense 1-2mm of product each time and apply liberally on lips. Avoid dispensing too much as this may cause breakage.

The best lip balm formula I've tried
I am someone who cannot live without lip balm. I dislike the feeling of dry, flaky lips so I ensure I always have a lip balm with me to keep them well moisturised. I simply love the formula of Conditioning Lip Butter as it really hydrates and softens the lips without the stickiness, oiliness and waxiness that you often find in other lip balms. You can reapply as many times as required throughout the day and it doesn't cause any sensitivity or itch. It's also great to use before or after applying lip colours, and as a lip mask before bed. Bonus points for the packaging - it comes in a twist up tube so I don't have to worry about getting any product on my finger when using it. Love love love it!
I love the moisturising formula on this conditioning lip butter. I always apply it before bed and my lips are moisturised after waking up the next morning. It’s really hydrating! I like the ingredients used & feel it helps to protect my lips well & left them feeling smooth. My favourite is the fresh peppermint scent. I enjoy using it as a lip primer before applying lipstick too. It’s so comfortable to wear and definitely a good buy.
